Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: I know him, you know him, everybody knows
him!  But why?  Why are Mozart and his 200+ year old
compositions so popular in our society today? This class will explore Mozart’s
life and genius through his compositions, from his very first piece written at
age six through the time of his death. 
Discussion will be focused through the lens of helping participants to
understand how and why Mozart and his music are still relevant today.  Participants will walk away with a deeper
understanding of Mozart’s music and will be able to make connections to Mozart
from their own life experiences.<o:p></o:p>

Registration for distance learning programs must occur at least four weeks prior to the program date.

The Cleveland Institute of Music will reschedule at no additional charge any programs canceled due to natural events i.e. snow days.
