Highlighted Terms of Service

For Booking Programs

Obligation to Pay

  • When you complete a request for a program on the CILC website, you are committing to paying the price shown (if any) for that program.

  • You may cancel the program request up to 2 working days before the scheduled start of the program. If you cancel the program request less than 2 working days before the scheduled start of the program, you will still be obligated to pay the Content Provider the cost of the program.

  • Programs that must be cancelled by either you or the Content Provider due to inclement weather or other acts of nature will release you from your obligation to pay for the program.

Questions to Content Provider

  • Questions about the program price, conducting test calls, connectivity, and program materials should be directed to the Content Provider.

For Content Providers

Timeliness

  • You as a Content Provider agree to respond to requests for your programs made on the CILC website within 5 working days.

Payment

  • You may only receive payment for programs that are actually held or other services actually rendered.

Payment from Content Dollar Banks

For programs booked by CILC members who have a CILC Content Dollar Bank, these additional terms apply:

  • To receive payment, you must send an invoice to CILC within 30 days of the date of the event

  • CILC will only pay for programs that are scheduled using the CILC website

  • CILC will not pay more than the price listed on the CILC website for the program. Any discounts from the published price should be communicated to CILC in advance of your bill.

For Content Dollar Banks

For CILC members who have opened a CILC Content Dollar Bank (CDB), these additional terms apply:

  • CILC will pay the Content Provider for programs booked using the funds in the CDB

  • Programs to be paid for with CDB funds must be booked using the CILC website

  • If you cancel or reschedule a program, you are responsible for updating the program request on the CILC website to ensure that your CDB is charged the correct amount.

  • CDB funds may only be used to purchase CILC programs and services

  • CDBs that are inactive for 12 months, with no programs booked or additional monies deposited, will be closed. CDB holders will be notified of an account closure and may request a refund up to 30 days from the date of that notification.

Content Dollar Bank holders are also subject to the additional terms found in the Content Dollar Bank Agreement.

For Carnival Ticket Holders

For CILC members who have purchased CILC Carnival Tickets, these additional terms apply:

  • CILC will pay the Content Provider for programs booked using Carnival Tickets

  • Programs to be paid for with Carnival Tickets must be booked using the CILC website

  • If you cancel or reschedule a program, you are responsible for updating the program request on the CILC website to ensure that your Carnival Tickets are applied correctly.

  • Carnival Tickets may only be used to purchase CILC programs and services

  • Carnival Tickets will expire if there has been no Carnival activity by the ticket holder for 12 months.  Booking a program using Carnival Tickets or purchasing additional tickets will keep all of a ticket holders' tickets active.
